1. Who we are

justneeda.com ("JustNeeda", "we", "us") is published by Go To Agency SAS, share capital 1,000 euros, RCS Dijon 944 980 762, VAT FR25944980762, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France. The site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. By using the site or buying from us, you accept these terms.

2. What we provide

• AI tools: generators that turn your brief into a text draft. A free preview and an email-based free quota are available; a one-time payment per tool or a monthly subscription removes the limits.
• Marketing Drop: a monthly subscription that delivers ready-to-post marketing content, as described on its page.
• Custom builds: websites, apps and brand work, each defined in a written quote and scope accepted by both parties.

3. AI-generated content

Tool output is written by an AI model from the brief you provide. It can contain mistakes, invented figures or text that does not suit your business. The tools do not look up live data such as search volumes, rankings, domain availability or prices. You are responsible for checking an output before you publish, send or rely on it. Do not enter information in a brief that you are not allowed to share.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the accuracy of the information you give us. We may suspend an account used to abuse the free quota, to break the law or to break these terms.

5. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown before checkout, in the currency displayed on the page. Payment is handled by Stripe.
• One-time tool purchases are paid in full at checkout and do not renew.
• Subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Custom builds: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or milestones for larger projects, as stated in the quote. Changes of scope are quoted separately.

6. Delivery

• Tool output is generated on screen within minutes of your request; some paid orders are also sent by email.
• Custom builds follow the timeline in the accepted quote, which starts once the first payment and the materials we need have been received.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

• Digital content is supplied immediately at your request. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you agree when you pay that delivery starts at once and you acknowledge that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that content.
• If a paid run fails to deliver, write to us and we will run it again or refund it.
• Custom builds: if work has not started, the upfront payment is refunded in full. Once work has started, you keep the deliverables produced up to the cancellation.

8. Intellectual property

You own the text generated from your briefs and, once paid in full, the deliverables of a custom build. We do not claim ownership of your brand, content or data. We may mention a custom build in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the tools or of their output. Our total liability for a given service is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Work already completed on a custom build remains payable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be discussed by email; failing an amicable solution, it will go to the competent courts of Dijon, France. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last update; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
