Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using justneeda.com ("the Site") or purchasing services from JustNeeda ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

JustNeeda provides digital services including web development, design, AI integration, marketing, and related services. All services are described on the Site and in any agreed-upon project scope document.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD and listed before checkout.
• Instant services: full payment at checkout via Stripe.
• Custom projects: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery (or milestone-based for larger projects).
• Prices are fixed once agreed upon. Scope changes are quoted separately.

5. Delivery

• Instant services are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page (48 hours to 5 business days).
• Custom projects follow the agreed timeline in the scope document.
• Delivery timelines start after payment is received and required materials are provided by the client.

6. Revisions

Instant services include revisions as specified in the service description. Custom projects include revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions are quoted separately.

7. Refunds

• If we have not started work, you receive a full refund.
• Once work begins, you own all deliverables produced up to the point of cancellation.
• Instant services: refund requests within 24 hours of purchase (before work starts) are honored in full.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not claim ownership of your brand, content, or data.

9. Limitation of Liability

JustNeeda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
