1. Who is responsible for your data

justneeda.com is published by Go To Agency, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 1,000 euros, registered in Dijon under number 944 980 762 (VAT FR25944980762), 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France. 2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address and profile image when you sign up, or sign in with Google.
• Tool runs: the brief you type and the text the tool returns. Runs are stored with your account, your email or, for anonymous previews, a hashed IP address used to apply the free quota.
• Forms: the details you enter in the contact and custom build forms (name, email, company, project type, budget range, message).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and your email, never your card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, referrer, device type and approximate location, through the measurement tools listed in section 6.
• Business contacts: we sometimes email businesses about the Marketing Drop using professional contact details they publish on their own website. Each email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and unsubscribed addresses are never emailed again.

3. Why we use it

• To run the tools, apply the free quota and deliver paid runs (performance of the contract).
• To answer messages and send quotes for custom builds (pre-contractual steps).
• To process payments and keep invoices (legal obligation).
• To send product emails and B2B outreach, with an unsubscribe link in each one (consent or legitimate interest).
• To measure and improve the site (consent where the law requires it).

4. Who processes it for us

We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the providers that run the service:

• Anthropic: generates the tool output from your brief.
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Google: sign-in with a Google account.
• Amazon Web Services (SES): sending emails.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and Cloudflare: hosting and network delivery.
• MuroChat: the chat window on the site.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the safeguards those providers offer under the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

5. Data security and retention

Data is stored on servers in the European Union and sent over encrypted connections (TLS). Access is limited to the people who operate the service. Account data and tool runs are kept while your account is active and deleted when you ask. Form messages are kept for two years. Payment records are kept for the period required by French accounting law.

6. Cookies and measurement

• Essential: sign-in session, theme preference and your cookie choice. These do not need consent.
• Measurement: audience measurement scripts operated by Go To Agency, and Google Analytics or the Meta pixel when they are enabled. They help us see which pages are used.

The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Advertising (Google)

JustNeeda may show ads served by Google AdSense. When it does, Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site and to other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show you ads based on that browsing. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google’s Ad Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses data from the sites that show its ads on this page. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, ads are only personalised if you agree to it in the consent message.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. Changes to this policy

We update this page when the service changes. The date at the top shows the last update; significant changes are also announced by email to account holders.
