Our approach
The first step was auditing the existing site. Load times averaged 6.2 seconds. The mobile experience was broken — listing images didn't resize, forms were unusable on smaller screens, and the search functionality returned irrelevant results. Users were bouncing before they ever saw a listing.
We rebuilt the site on a modern stack with a custom listing engine that pulls data from the MLS feed in real-time. Each listing page is pre-rendered for speed and includes structured data for rich Google results. Neighborhood pages target local search terms with auto-generated content based on listing data.
The lead capture system uses progressive profiling: first visit captures email, second visit captures phone and preferences, third visit triggers a personal outreach from an agent. This approach increased form completion rates by 280% compared to the old 'fill out everything on one page' form.
