Atlas Media's team was spending 20+ hours per week on manual reporting — logging into each ad platform, pulling numbers into spreadsheets, formatting reports, and sending them to clients. With 12 clients, it was barely manageable. They wanted to grow to 25+ clients but couldn't hire fast enough.
We built a centralized dashboard that connects to Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn ad APIs. Each client gets a real-time view of their campaigns with ROAS, spend, CPA, and creative performance. The dashboard auto-generates PDF reports that match Atlas Media's branding.
The automation layer was the key: budget alerts notify the team in Slack when spend exceeds thresholds, anomaly detection flags sudden performance drops, and weekly reports are generated and emailed to clients automatically. The team went from 20 hours of reporting to 2 hours of review.
